The Supreme Court of Appeal in Blantyre has nullified results of Nkhata Bay Central Constituency elections.
Raphael Mhone of People’s Party challenged the victory of Symon Vuwa Kaunda as declared by the Malawi Electoral Commission (MEC).
The development means MEC will new elections in the constituency and Kaunda is no longer an MP.
