Kyungu bridge swept away by floods

Kyungu bridge near Songwe border has been damaged by flooding water last night.
Police in Northern Region have confirmed the development and are informing all road users to be extra careful when using the road.
The brigde is 5Km away as we are coming from Songwe Boarder to Karonga Boma.
The past one week the Northern part of malawi has been receiving heavy rains causing many rivers such as Rukuru river to flood.
