Chief Resident Magistrate Patrick Chirwa will on Wednesday this week deliver his ruling on an application where Shepherd Bushiri and his wife Mary want their Extradition Case request to be heard by the Constitutional court.

On Friday, the presiding magistrate failed to deliver the ruling on the matter claiming that the ruling was not ready.

The presiding magistrate then shifted the ruling to this coming Wednesday.

The extradition case failed to commence on Monday following a request from the Bushiris seeking the case to be heard at constitutional court.

Wapona Kita lawyer representing the Bushiris, said there are constitutional matters such as the use of SADC protocols in the extradition, that should be addressed by Con-court.

Bushiri and his wife are wanted in South Africa for fraud and money laundering allegations.
