The country’s Vice-President Dr. Saulos Chilima is today May 4 touring some public projects and holding quarterly review meetings in the Southern Region.

Chilima, who is also Minister of Economic Planning and Public Sector Reforms, has since begun his tour by visiting the construction of the 100-seater Domasi Community Hospital.

Thereafter, the vice president is expected to tour the construction site of Chancellor College’s School of Economics and proceed to inspect the construction of buildings and structures at Kobbe Barracks.

From there, Chilima will hold a quarterly review meeting with Zomba City Council officials and Zomba District Council.
