Reggae Ambassador Charles Sinetre who is one of the members of Get well soon club seeking to raise funds for legendary musicians Sir Paul Banda and Isaac Liwotcha to undergo treatment performed at a fundraising held at Mibawa multipurpose hall.

The club wants to raise about k20 million for Sir Paul and Liwotcha to go outside the country for medical treatment.

Sir Paul Banda has heart and kidney problem while Liwotcha has a problem with bones.

Get well soon club which also has artists such as veteran Coss Chiwalo and others who have been trained by Sir Paul held their first fundraiser at Mibawa Multipurpose Hall in Blantyre on Saturday.

Sinetre who gave out an energetic performance during the show backed by Alleluya Band , said he was short of words for the support from people and that they would strive to be transparent.

‘’We just planned this show but God fulfilled it. People have supported us, we will look at the money we collected and give a report taking into consideration,’’ he said

He further said that they have a long way to go to raise the money hence looking at more shows.

‘’we would like to thank Mibawa and all other stakeholders for the support,’’ he said.

Sir paul  and Liwotcha fundraiser came barely a week after Mibawa also hosted fallen artists concert.
