High Court Judge Dorothy DeGabrielle is this morning expected to deliver a ruling on whether to recuse herself from the Thomson Mpinganjira alleged bribery case following an application defence lawyers made yesterday.
Among others, Mpinganjira’s lead lawyer Patrice Nkhono cited a number of irregularities from the judge.
But state through Reyneck Matemba objected to request, describing it as baseless.
Meanwhile, DeGabrielle is expected to deliver the ruling from 10 am at the High Court sitting in Blantyre.
