A senior police officer in the south eastern region has urged local and faith leaders to work with the police to combat crime in the region.

Commissioner of police Chikondi Mkwate Chingadza disclosed this yesterday  in Phalombe during a stakeholder’s meeting on security.

Chingadza said that most people who commit crimes stay in areas where chiefs and faith leaders executive their duties; hence, the call.
