ETG Agro Industry Employees On Strike

Yesterday workers at ETG Agro Industry in Blantyre staged a sit in to force their employer to give them money which they claim was deducted from their April salaries.
The employees say the industrial action follows a vain attempt for dialogue with their superiors on settlement of about K180 thousand.
Human Resource Manager for the Company, Adrian Singano, refused to comment on the strike.
He said there are not even misunderstandings between the company and the employees.
