Mphwiyo’s cashgate fate today

The High Court sitting in Lilongwe is this morning delivering its ruling in the Cashgate case involving Paul Mphiyo and 18 others.
High Court Judge Esme Chombo is delivering the ruling in her Chamber.
Mphwiyo and 18 others are answering various criminal charges including money laundering, theft, abuse of office and use of criminal proceeds, among others.
