CRAPAC Bemoans Delayed Justice On Defilement Cases In Dowa

Child Rights Advocacy and Paralegal Centre( CRAPAC) has bemoaned delayed justice on defilement and other related gender based violence cases in Dowa district.
The organization’s Executive Director Alfred Muunika has disclosed this yesterday  during a stakeholders meeting in Dowa.
On his remarks Muunika said that most defilement cases are not concluded in the district courts.
At least 13 defilement and gender based violence cases in Dowa are yet to be concluded.
Muunika said his organization will follow up the cases.
