Minister of Finance and Economic Development Felix Mlusu is currently tabling the 2021/2022 national budget in the August House.
The budget, will be a second Tonse Alliance financial plan after the maiden and substantive K2.2 trillion budget which was presented on September 11, 2020 and expires on June 30, 2021.
The 2021/22 budget will run for a period of nine months up to March 2022 due to a change in the fiscal calendar as designed by the Tonse Alliance government.
