The Agricultural Development and Marketing Corporation (Admarc) has started buying maize today.
Admarc spokesperson, Agnes Chikoko Ndovi has confirmed the development.
Ndovi said that the grain marketer has started with the Southern Region.
It is buying the maize at K150 per kilogramme, which is government’s recommended farm gate price for the commodity.
