Chief resident Magistrate Patrick Chirwa has walked out of the court in protest against the noise by Prophet Shepherd Bushiri’s supporters who are chanting outside the court.

Chirwa was scheduled to deliver a ruling in an application by the state to have its witnesses testify via video conferencing on not in extradition case involving Prophet Shepherd Bushiri.

The Magistrate said he can not read out the ruling due to the noise by Bushiri’s sympathisers outside the court.

Last week also, Bushiri supporters also disrupted the proceeding of the case.

It took the intervention of the security personnel to calm down the situation at the court.
