The Lilongwe Magistrate Court is today scheduled to deliver a ruling on an application by the state in Prophet Bushiris’ extradition case.
Last week, the state through Director of Public Prosecution Steven Kayuni asked the court to allow its witnesses from South Africa to testify in the case virtually.
But the request was rejected by the defence team.
The presiding magistrate in the case reserved his ruling to today.
