Chief Resident Magistrate Patrick Chirwa is today expected to rule on whether former cabinet minister, Henry Mussa and former director of Information, Gideon Munthali, have a case to answer.

The two are being accused of stealing government computers and generators worth K10.1 million.

In April this year, chief resident magistrate Patrick Chirwa concluded hearing the case and he gave the state and the defense team 14 days to file their final submission on the case.
