Member of Parliament for Thyolo Central Ben Malunga Phiri has kicked out of the National Assembly for flouting parliament procedures.
Phiri is said to have entered the August House without wearing a necktie.
Speaking in an interview with the press Leader of the House Richard Chimwendo Banda said Phiri breached Standing Order that deals with the Parliamentary Dressing Code.
Phiri has since obliged and has left the August House.
