Information reaching this publication indicates that Ballot Papers for the Tuesday by-elections will arrive in the country today through Kamuzu International Airport (KIA) in Lilongwe.
MEC Public Relations Officer Sangwani Mwafulirwa confirmed of the development in an interview earlier this week.
Mwafulirwa said the plane carrying the ballot papers will land at KIA 16.05 hours.
MEC will hold by-elections in Lalanje Ward in Nsanje, Chikwembere ward in Blantyre North and Nkhata-Bay Central Constituency.
Meanwhile all is set for the by-elections.
