Rumphi East Member of Parliament Kamlepo Kalua has been sent out of the National Assembly for flouting COVID-19 rules.
Kalua is said to have entered the Chamber when Parliament resumed for deliberation this afternoon without putting on a mask.
This forced some of the Members in the Chamber to report him to First Deputy Speaker Madalitso Kazombo.
The First Deputy Speaker who left with no option but to send out Kalua, a former Minister during the reign of former President Peter Mutharika.
