Death has been announced of Samuel Kaphuka who died yesterday at Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital.
Kaphuka served as Education Minister under the administration of Bakili Muluzi’s United Democratic Front (UDF).
He also served as deputy Minister of Home Affairs and Agricuture in the same regime.
In business, Kaphuka was a successful business man who owned Kaphuka Private Schools.
The late Kaphuka is expected to be laid to rest today.
