Minister of Health Khumbize Kandodo Chiponda has announced that Coronavirus Vaccine will arrive in the country next week on Tuesday.
Kandodo Chiponda made the announcement a while ago via her official Facebook page.
According to Kandodo Chiponda, Malawi is expecting at least 192, 000 doses of the Coronavirus Vaccine.
Ministry of Health has it on record that there is a lower infection rate of those who got vaccinated.
According to the ministry, there is at least 11% for those who got the first jab and 4% for those who got both jabs.
However, 81.2% of the new infections according to the stats are from those that did not get the jab at all.
