Minister of Health Khumbize Kandodo Chiponda has announced that Malawi ill not be receiving the 192, 000 doses of AstraZeneca Vaccines today.
According to Khumbize Chiponda the development follows logistical challenges that have erupted.
However, Kandodo Chiponda was not clear on when the jabs will arrive in the country.
The consignment was procured with support from the United Nations Children’s Agency- UNICEF.
Malawi has no Covid-19 vaccine at the moment.
