President Lazarus Chakwera is expected to deliver an address at a Virtual High Level Conference on Violence against Children today.
State House Press Officer Brian Banda has confirmed of the development in a statement made available to faceofmalawi.
According to Banda, the virtual summit is expected to start at 1pm.
Chakwera will be joined by President of Tanzania Samia Suhulu Hassan and Mrs Graca Michael, Chairperson of the African Child Policy Forum (ACPF).
The summit comes amid rise in defilement cases in the country.
