Hollywood celebrity couple Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis stunned many people when they revealed that they do not believe in bathing themselves or their kids on  a regular basis.

The two actors said they do not believe in daily bathing. Instead, they only wash what they consider to be vitals. Kutcher and Kunis also said that when it comes to their kids, they only wash them when they look dirty. They have two children, 6-year-old Wyatt and 4-year-old Dimitri.

Kunis and Kutcher revealed their stunning hygiene routine when they appeared on an episode of Dax Shepard’s “Armchair Expert” podcast.

When the couple revealed that they only wash their vitals daily, podcast co-host Monica Padman seemed stunned. She asked,
“I can’t believe I am in the minority here of washing my whole body in the shower. Who taught you to not wash?”
Kunis responded by saying that since her childhood, she never took many showers and this has continued into her adult life with her children.
“I didn’t have hot water growing up as a child so I didn’t shower very much anyway,” Kunis said.
“But when I had children, I also didn’t wash them every day,” the Bad Moms actress continued. “I wasn’t that parent that bathed my newborns — ever.”
Explaining the bathing routine they use for their two children, Kutcher added,
“If you can see the dirt on them, clean them. Otherwise, there’s no point.
When asked about their daily bathing routines, Kutcher said
“I wash my armpits and my crotch daily, and nothing else ever.”
Kunis added,
‘I don’t wash my body with soap every day. But I wash pits and tits and holes and soles. I wash my slits and my tits.”
The two, however, insisted that they try to wash their faces daily.
“I do have a tendency to throw some water on my face after a workout to get all the salts out,” Kutcher admitted.
Kunis also said that she washes her face twice daily.
In what may come as a shock, the American Academy of Dermatology Association says that daily bathing is not strictly essential for children. The association’s website says that children aged 6 to 11 should wash at least twice a week.
