Advisor to President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera, Chris Chaima Banda has handed himself to the Anti-Corruption bureau (ACB) minutes after reports went viral that he was being hunted.
The development comes barely hours after ACB arrested Minister of Energy Newton Kambala in connection with NOCMA fuel scandal.
The two are accused of attempting to influence the awarding of fuel procurement contracts at NOCMA.
The Bureau has also summoned Alliance for Democracy (AFORD) President Enoch Chihana.
