Mtendere Boys Secondary School students released on bail

Police have released on bail six students from Mtendere Boys Secondary School in Dedza who were arrested Saturday on suspicion they set ablaze two school blocks.
Dedza Deputy Police spokesperson, Cassim Manda, said the incident occurred after school management planned to send to the ministry student disciplinary charges for determination.
Manda said the six students between the age of 16 and 17 allegedly set the offices ablaze in an apparent attempt to destroy records of their alleged indiscipline.
