This week seems to be the week of fires being set on fire as actress Beverly Afaglo’s house was razed down by fire a few days ago. The same fire incident has been reported and this time, it was perpetrated by a husband who allegedly caught her wife red-handed.

From the video obtained, the interior of the room and the gadgets had been destroyed by the man and nothing valuable could be saved. The incident reportedly happened in Teshie, a suburb of Accra.

In a related development, Beverly narrated how the fire started in her home and burnt all her possessions a while ago. According to her, no casualties were recorded after the incident but the only thing her family is left with is the dress they wore for the day.

She wrote;

“The fire service got in on time but over 40mins they couldnt go inside because of the heavy smoke (I was wondering why they don’t have protective gears for smoke 

 gosh) they stood there deliberating and another came and that was the worse, they had to use a generator but it couldn’t start which also took awhile, then another came which went thru a nieghbours house to the back of the house and started putting off the fire but it was too late

 My mum, the kids nanny,the kids and I are all left with nothing . This country let’s stop doing partisan politics and set our priorities right and stop the misplaced priorities. Ghana hmmmmmm”
