Students of Maranatha Boys Academy at Matindi in Blantyre have been left stranded outside the campus with their baggage, after being forcebly evicted by sheriffs.

The school’s managing director, Ernest Kaonga, said there has been a misunderstanding between him and the owner of the premises over rentals payment.

He added that he is yet to secure temporary shelter for the students until the issue is solved.

The two parties will meet in court on Monday.
