Mchacha, Others In Court To Be Formally Charged

Former Irrigation and Water Development Minister and DPP Southern Region Governor Charles Mchacha and two others are now heading to the Lilongwe Magistrate Court to be formally charged.
Lawyer for the defendants Oscar Taulo says their questioning by the ACB is now over.
Mchacha, Lilongwe Water Board acting Chief Executive Officer Moses Masiye and former Irrigation and Water Development Ministry Secretary (now PS for the Office of the President and Cabinet), Henrie Njoloma were arrested on Thursday over alleged abuse of office.
