A 23-year-old man identified as Joseph Amoah has been arrested by the Police at Assin Fosu in the Central Region for having human parts in his possession.
Joseph Amoah was arrested by the police upon tip-off by a friend who had seen the human parts in his room.
Confirming the arrest to Accra based Angel Fm, Deputy Central Regional PRO of the Ghana Police Service, Inspector Isaac Evans Ettie said that “the police proceeded to the scene to make the arrest after receiving the report that the suspect was hanging human parts on his window for unknown reasons”.
He added that the human parts have been retrieved and sent to the St. Francis Xavier Hospital at Assin Fosu for further investigation.
