Senior Resident Magistrate Akkya Mwanyongo will on 6 October, 2021 pass judgment in a case where a mother and her daughter are being accused of assaulting a nurse.
This afternoon, defense paraded four final witnesses that include the accused; consequently, closing its case.
Esnat Selemani and her daughter, Yankho, are suspected to have assaulted Gertrude Moffat at Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital in Blantyre on 17 February, 2021.
