A landlord in a certain town in Zambia has threatened to evict his tenant over uncontrollable noise during love making which is making others to have a sleepless night.

In a notice circulating on social media, the said landlord claims that the noise is keeping other tenants especially kids awake throughout the night.

“Kindly respect one another when you do your business at night (screaming out loud) with your partners as some of the tenants are staying with their kids here.

“Remember you are all renting this premise, no one is owning periti,” reads in part the warning.
