The High Court is today scheduled to deliver a ruling in case where well-known businessman Thom Mpinganjira is accused of attempting to bribe Constitutional Court Judges.
Mpinganjira was arrested after Chief Justice Andrew Nyirenda complained to the Anti-Corruption Bureau that he allegedly attempted to bribe five judges who heard the presidential petition case as a constitutional referral.
Mpinganjira is answering six charges related to the case.
Previously, Mpinganjira pleaded not guilty to the charges.
If found guilty, the court will convict him pending sentencing.
