President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera on Saturday cheered well-known Veteran Musician Lucius Banda.
Banda, who is also Special Advisor on Youth and Arts has been ill for some time now together with his two brothers (Francis and Paul).
Chakwera was en route to Lilongwe from Mangochi where he was doing official duties.
Some months ago the Malawi leader directed that Banda gets further medical treatment in South Africa and he was airlifted to Johannesburg where he stayed for over six weeks receiving treatment.
Banda hailed Chakwera for the visits.
