Founder of the Living Word Evangelistic Church (LIWEC) Prophet David Mbewe is set to launch to new political movement.
One of the grouping executive members Ken Nsonda who is also said toi bet the grouping’s spokesperson has confirmed of the birth of the new movement but refutes that it is not a political party.
According to Nsonda, the Mbewe-led-Freedom of Worship Association Movement wants to stand on the gap created by the current Public Affairs Committee (PAC).
However, Mbewe, who is currently in Madagascar has refused to comment on the matter but there is a confirmation that the movement will turn into a fully-fledged political party which is expected to “heal the nation from political lies”
Face of Malawi understands that Joseph Njobvuyalema, Everton Chimulirenji, Ken Nsonda, Chatonda Kaunda and Jomo Osman, among others are making the executive committee of the movement.
The movement will first be launched at Masintha Ground in Lilongwe next month.
