Two unknown thieves have escaped death by a thin thread after being caught red-handed stealing from an airtel agent.
According to the source, the two trickled an airtel agent to send substantial money to a certain number known by the two.
After the gent sent the money to the said number, the two left the scene without paying, forcing the airtel agent to shout for help.
Well-wishers responded positively and apprehended the two and started beating them mercilessly.
As the angry mob was about to set ablaze the two, police officers rescued the two and whisked them away.
