ACB arrests two Salima District Council officials

The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has arrested two officials from Salima District Council over misuse of public funds.
ACB Public Relations Officer Egrita Ndala has confirmed of the arrest in an interview with the press and identified the suspects as Ahmed Elias Kazembe and Jane Msuku Mwalabu.
According Ndala, the suspects will face charges of misuse of public funds, money laundering and fraud.
