Fans of a Nigerian Artist, Tekno, have expressed disappointment after it was revelead that he will not be part of the artists lined up to perform at a Home Coming party for Onesimus at Lilongwe Golf Club on September 26, 2021.
The Mr Nobody’s hit maker addressed his fans on his Face book page that Tekno will not be performing at the Home Coming party due to some reasons beyond his control.
This has forced some of his fans to react to the post and raise questions of whether he was really coming or it was just a ploy to sell more tickets for the show.
“Tekno is not coming, just like you did to Bunda students,” said Ryan Mithi, commenting on the post.
Joshua Matupi Tembo also commented on the post, saying: “We already knew that Tekno would not come the day you announced that he was coming.”
However, some fans took the news well as stipulated by one Nelvin Lawrence Mateyu, saying he heard that Tekno was unwell and was extending prayers for his swift recovery.
Onesimus has assured all his fans that all is set for the ‘mother of concerts’ to be held and tickets are still currently selling like hot cakes at MK2000 per head and K5000 at the door.
He further explained that Vusi Nova and Ishmael (the Avulekile legend) from South Africa will be landing on Friday for the show.
