The High Court has set October 5, 2021 as a date Judge Dorothy DE Gabrielle will sentence convicted businessman Thom Mpinganjira.
Mpinganjira was this month found guilty for attempting to bribe judges who nullified the 2019 presidential elections.
The business mogul is currently remanded at Chichiri prison in the commercial city of Blantyre.
Some days ago, it was reported that Mpinganjira was not feeling well and got admitted Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital before being transferred to Kamuzu central Hospital.
