When Abdul from Brahmanbaria was only 10 years old, he was sent to live with his uncle. But after running away, he was adopted by two sisters and lost touch with his real family, Daily Mail reveals.

This April, the businessman finally decided to take a serious step into finding his parents. In a social media post, he appealed for help from anyone who has information about them, even though all he could remember was their names and the village he was born in.

Luckily, a distant relative still living in the village spotted the post. They contacted Abdul and told him that his mother, Mongola Nessa, thought to be in her late 90s, was still alive.

The nearly 100-year-old mother managed to recognize her son by a tear-mark on his hand. The moment was so touching that she burst into tears. Abdul added:

“My mother is very old, and she can’t speak properly. She was crying after seeing me and holding my hands. I told her, ‘Your son is back, and you don’t have to worry about anything from now.’”

What’s more, the 82-year-old businessman also reunited with his sister, who was still living in the small village. His nephew, Shafiqul Islam, commented:
