THERE was a war of words in the Kabushi Local Court between church mates when they accused each other of flirting with their respective wives.
Counter-allegations in this matter were sparked by Bernard Kasonde, 31, who sued Darious Kapeso, 32, demanding compensation for allegedly committing adultery with his wife.
However, Kapeso denied the allegations and in turn accused Kasonde of going out with his own wife.
In his testimony, Kasonde said his wife had at one time invited Kapeso to their home and the pair locked each other in the bedroom while he was at work.
“My wife took the man in our matrimonial bedroom and locked the door and when my daughter asked what they were doing inside the bedroom, she was told that they were doing some business,” Kasonde testified.
