The Malawi Police Service (MPS) has fined Minister of Health Khumbize Kandodo Chiponda for driving a motor vehicle with an expired Certificate of Fitness (COF).
Chiponda herself confirmed of the development via her Facebook page.
According to Chiponda rule of law is being effective regardless of one’s status.
She then applauded the police and the minister of Homeland Security Richard Chimwendo Banda.
“Rule of Law, salute our Police, osaona nkhope. Bravo Hon. Chimwendo Richard William Banda,” said Chiponda.
