Seventy-two of 110 suspects arrested for allegedly encroaching Kasungu national park are this afternoon appearing before the Kasungu magistrates court for plea.
They were arrested on Friday at Mthunduwala in Kasungu following a joint night operation by police and park officials.
They are answering a charge of entering the protected area without permit.
First Grade Magistrate Damiano Kamanga is hearing the case.
