The internet was flooded with a heartbreaking account of a well built police officer slapping a suspected thief after arrest.                                                                                        

The police officer is seen seated while the suspected thief sat on the floor in front of him. He then went on to give the thief heavy nonstop double slaps.

The suspected pleaded with the police to stop slapping him but he did not succeed in his attempt.

It is unclear the origin of the video since the police badge on his shirt looked unfamiliar or it may have been some security agency.

However, many have reacted to the video with strong reservations.

Many believe the impunity and brutal display of wickedness by the police needed to be stopped and the officer who carried out the act was brought to book.
