The ministry of Health has warned the general public not to relax as the cases of Coronavirus are currently low, saying the chances are high the cases might surge again.
The warning follows investigations which the Ministry conducted in which it shows that a lot of people have held back in talking the vaccine with a mindset that the disease is over.
According to the ministry of health, the cases might go up again in December and January, hence warning the public not to relax.
Adrian Chikumbe, Ministry of Health’s spokesperson said that it is not true that the virus has come to an end.
Recently, the country has been registering few cases of the global pandemic resulting into speculations that the virus has ended.
Government is therefore urging the general public to continue following coronavirus preventive measures as a way of curbing the spread of the virus any further.
