Well-known Malawian musician Patience Namadingo has asked his fans to welcome him at Kenneth Kaunda international Airport in Zambia.
The call comes barely hours after the singer was involved in road accident in Malawi.
“We would like inform all Namafans and the general public that the Doc will arrive in Lusaka Today aboard Ethiopian airways at Kenneth Kaunda international airport at exactly 13:10hours in preparation for his first Official Concert in Zambia at the Lusaka show Grounds Main arena scheduled for 27th November.
“Prior to the concert the Doc in collaboration with a number of companies will carry out charity works in different communities, in and out of Lusaka as he always does, and he will be involved in other activities to be advised in due course,” reads in part the statement.
Added the statement: “All Namafans are welcome to the airport to meet the Doc or along the airport road to the great east road where the Convoy will pass.”
Mapulani hit maker is currently based in Zambia. The singer settled for Zambia following a controversial post which saw gospel singer Onesmus being rated as most talented artists as compared to the latter.
