HIV is a virus that affects the immune system of the body, which no doubt has become so rampant these days.
Although, the worst thing about this virus is that it has no cure, but it can be managed.

This means that not everyone will have the same set of symptoms, and some may not have any signs for a longer time.

1. Low Sexual Urge
When you as a man have been infected with this virus, you begin to experience a low sexual urge and also lack of interest in intimacy.
This happens as a result of hypogonadism, which is when your testicles do not make enough of the sexual hormone called testosterone.
If you are experiencing this symptom, there is an 80% possibility that your body has been affected by the virus.
2. Fatigue
Getting tired easily at any little chores you do is another sign of HIV in men. When a man has been infected with the virus, he begins to experience fatigue.
This is because if you are HIV positive, you tend to have low hematocrit and hemoglobin, which in turn causes you to feel tired easily.
3. Burning Sensation While Urinating
Another sign of HIV in men is a burning sensation while peeing or urinating. This is a sign of a sexually transmitted disease in which your prostate gland gets swollen. It could also be a sign that there is a disrupting small gland beneath your bladder.
4. Sores On A Man’s Private Organ
This symptom is a common sign of HIV where the infected person experiences pain opens sores or ulcers on your esophagus or mouth. In addition, it can also appear on your private organ or anus.
5. Drenching Night Sweats
Drenching night sweats that are so intense that they may soak your bed sheets is another sign of HIV you should look out for.
Night sweats, also known as sleep hyperhidrosis, occur frequently in people with HIV, especially men, often because of an undiagnosed opportunistic infection or as a direct result of the virus (HIV) itself.

6. Sudden Unexplained Weight Loss
Men that have a long-term HIV infection, usually in more advanced stages of the disease, are mostly to experience sudden weight loss.
This kind of weight loss in infected men isn’t the loss of a few pounds, but the sudden unexplained loss of 10 percent body weight or even more.
