A 27-year-old Student at St Johns Institute of Health Sciences in Mzuzu has been found dead with his body floating in Lunyangwa River, Mzuzu Police has confirmed.
According to its spokesperson Inspector Paul Tembo, the deceased identified as Godwin Sibande went missing on 12 November after he went out with his colleagues.
Inspector Tembo said a postmortem showed that the death was due to head injury caused by an assault with a blunt object.
