2 Men Sentenced To Death by Hanging For Murdering Friend Over Beer

ZAMBIA – Two men have been sentenced to death by hanging after they brutally murdered their friend over local beer.

A panel of three judges namely, Kelvin Muzenga, Chalwe Mchenga and Betty Majula were involved in the case.

The convicts were identified as Elias Mukala and Major Sindazi  and they murdered Frank Mutasa.

Reports indicate that the deceased did not share the beer with his two friends at drinking spot which made the convicts to beat him till he died.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.
