Opposition MPs block Minister of Agriculture from presenting a report on AIP

Opposition members of parliament have rejected motion by Dowa West legislator for Minister of Agriculture to present Ministerial statement on Affordable Input Program AIP.
Abel Kayembe moved the motion which MPs from opposition side defeated, for legislators to continue with question time to various ministries.
Meanwhile Rumphi East Legislator Kamlepo Kalua backed Kayembe arguing that the house is supposed to discuss on the AIP issue.
