The politician-cum-comedian Bon Kalindo is yet to show up at the Old Town Hall in Blantyre where people are gathering for his anti-government demonstrations.
Prospective protesters who gathered at the Old Town Hall where the march was scheduled to start from, started chanting songs asking the whereabouts of Kalindo.
At the time this story was being published, there was still no news of Kalindo.
The former United Transformation Movement (UTM) Director of Youth is accusing the Tonse Alliance administration of failing to fulfil campaign promises.
Kalindo is also calling for President Lazarus Chakwera’s resignation over his failure to address the socio-economic challenges rocking the country.
Despite being vocal about his demonstrations, Kalindo has since decided not to show up leaving prospective protestors hanging.
Meanwhile, the police have dispersed two groups of protesters who were petting stone at each in Blantyre.
